Since, October 2009, I integrate the ICAO-TCB, as an ATM EXPERT.

In October 1974, I start, my Carrear, as a Civilian, Air Traffic Controller, in Mozambique, Country where I have born. With the decolonization of Portuguese ex-Colonies, I came to Portugal, in July 1976. In Januay 1978 until January 1981, I made my Military Service, in PAF(Portuguese Air Force), as a Military, Air Traffic Controller, in PAF Air Base 4 (Lajes,Terceira Island-Azores).That PAF Base, is shared, with USAF Lajes Station. In October 1982, I continue, my Carrear, as a Civilian Air Traffic Controller, at ANA (Airports and Air Navigation), Enterprise, that ten years ago, split, ANA(Keeps the logo, and provide, AIRPORTS Services) and have been create, NAV-Portugal, the Country ANSP. Due, two brain surgeries, I ended early, than desired, my Operational carrear as an ATCO, at the age of 49. Since then and with my agreement I agree to cancel definitly my ATCO Licence. Since then, I am, in a pre retirement status, now with 53 years old, and exempeted of duties, until, our official age, of retirement, at 57 years old.
