Hello, my name is Masonryder, and I have been teaching for over nine years with a strong passion for meaningful and engaging education. During my career, I have worked with students from a wide range of backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities, which has shaped my flexible and inclusive teaching approach. I focus on creating interactive, student-centered lessons, with a special interest in designing Kart Bros IO activities that promote teamwork, quick decision-making, and creative problem-solving. I believe that combining technology with hands-on learning helps students connect theory with real-world skills. Outside the classroom, I actively collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum plans, participate in educational projects, and support new teachers as they develop confidence and professional skills. Teaching, to me, is not only about instruction, but about motivating students to grow, explore their potential, and prepare for future opportunities.
