EUROCONTROL - SESAR PJ02 – Increased runway and airport throughput – ACAP Platform – Integration of ACAP Web Applications

The development project of this Call for Tender will support the deployment of SESAR solutions for high-performing airport operations, considering that PJ.02 aims to improve the efficiency and resilience of arrival and departure operations at capacity-constrained airports and access to secondary airports by delivering operational and technical improvements to enhance infrastructure and increase traffic throughput whilst providing environmental benefits and preserving safety.

The SESAR PJ.02 Solutions, addressing, in particular, the enhancements for runway throughput, are targeted to deliver a desired output and improvement of runway performance indicators. The main airport operation’s stakeholders, both Airport Operators, and ANSP need to have dedicated tools or instruments to assess, monitor, evaluate and roll out corrective measures to improve runway/airport airside operations.
