ANA is the air navigation service provider for Luxembourg, based in Findel. Its main mission is to ensure a safe, orderly and efficient flow of air traffic in controlled airspace and on the aerodrome.

Missions

We are currently seeking 7 air traffic controllers to strengthen the Air Traffic Control Department (tower and radar services). Air traffic controllers are primarily responsible for guiding aircraft arriving at and departing from the airport safely, providing them with heading instructions and restrictions.

  • As an air traffic controller, your responsibilities will include:
    • Controlling air traffic crossing Luxembourg airspace as well as all flights taking off and landing at Luxembourg Airport;
    • To ensure a safe, orderly and efficient flow of air traffic;
    • To separate and guide aircraft in the air and on the ground;
    • To provide pilots with precise and clear instructions regarding, among other things, the routes to follow, the altitudes to maintain, and the approach and takeoff procedures;
    • Coordinate with adjacent sectors, ANA services, the airport and all other stakeholders involved to ensure consistent and smooth management;
    • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and incidents, coordinating actions with other relevant agencies and services;
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with pilots and other members of the air traffic control team;
    • Follow national and international civil aviation procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and safety of flight operations.
